Cherie is an illustrator based in Birmingham with a visual language inspired by her Chinese heritage. Her work has a focus on topics such as cultural identity, family, mental health, and wellbeing. Currently, she produces illustrations for magazines with previous clients including Ohana Magazine and BE: Magazine. Alongside editorial projects, she enjoys collaborating in exhibitions with fellow creatives. For Birmingham Design Festival 2021, her work which celebrated her Grandfather's involvement in a Cantonese Opera society was featured in an exhibition and is also currently on display in Bull Ring.
